About the teacher:

 

Hi, I'm Sandy!

I'm a yoga teacher and mentor who works with yoga teachers to equip them in establishing a strong sequence building structure so that they can teach with confidence and lead meaningful class experiences.

​

A few of my favorite things are watching home design shows, game night with friends and family, and watching my boys play the sports they love! I hvae 3 sons, my oldest son plays professional baseball and got married recently, my middle son plays college baseball and my youngest just got his drivers license (who wants nothing to do with baseball!) and plays basketball.

My greatest joy is my family - but my seond greatest joy is supporting and encouraging yoga teachers create thriving careers of service sharing the wonderful practice of yoga in their community.
