Join Sandy for a 60 minute "FunctionalitYoga Flow" class. Class combines functional movement techniques for strength, stability and mobility accessed within yoga flow sequences. All levels welcome. PRE-REGISTRATION is required. Registration closes 20 minutes prior to class start time. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the Zoom class link.
