PARTICIPATION RELEASE TERMS

Hybrid 200-Hour YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Participation Waiver 

By signing the registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the following points, which serve as a binding contract between you and Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, and that you are eligible to participate in Sandy Raper Yoga and Wellness programs under the conditions set forth below. By signing below, you acknowledge that you are 18 years old or older. You acknowledge that every form of exercise carries some degree of risk of injury. Some yoga exercises and postures, for example, are not appropriate for every person. You are responsible for making sure that your health and physical condition permit you to engage in Sandy Raper Yoga programs by consulting with an appropriate healthcare professional before enrolling and participating in any such programs and will rely on the expert advice of your primary care provider to acknowledge your ability to participate.

Waiver of Claims: Accidents can happen in any form of movement and/or exercise. By signing you are acknowledging and assuming the risk of injury, damage and/or loss of any kind to you, and your (and their) property resulting from or related to your participation in Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, programs and you are waiving, releasing and discharging any such claims. This waiver of liability under this Participant Release applies to Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, and its members, officers, employees, contractors, vendors, agents, and representatives and extends to all claims, debts, liabilities, costs, expenses, and causes of action relating in any way to your participation in Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, programs. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, parties against any of the claims that are waived above, and any other loss or liability resulting from your wrongful acts and/or those of your guests at, or during the use of any Sandy Raper Yoga programs. 

Photo Release 

I hereby grant Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, permission to use my likeness in photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the training session(s), as mentioned in this document, without payment or any other consideration.

I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes, training materials, educational presentations, and social media content.

I acknowledge that:

  1. I will not be compensated for the use of these photos or videos.

  2. I hereby irrevocably authorize Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos or videos for any lawful purpose.

  3. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copies, wherein my likeness appears.

  4. I release and discharge Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, from any claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have because of this authorization.
