By selecting and completing purchase of any and all training products on this website you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Approval of Application and acceptance within the training program.

Part of the online application includes the completion of the Participant Release Form which must be completed to participate in any online training with Sandy Raper Yoga.
 

Tuition and Deposit Payment Refund and Course Cancellation Policy
Sandy Raper Yoga, LLC, desires that trainees will commit and complete the teacher training offered, however, understanding that unknown circumstances can arise the following will be offered:

(1) Deposit payments are non-refundable. Deposits can be applied to a future training or mentorship program. 
(2) Should the trainee desire to withdraw from training before the training start date and upon written request and acknowledgment of request, a full refund of any payment made, less deposit will be considered.
(3) Due to the online nature of any hybrid training course, should the trainee desire to withdraw once the training has started, a 50% refund will be given to any paid-in-full tuition payments.
(4) For payment plan tuition, should the trainee desire to withdraw once the training has started, there will be no refunds given for previous payments made. The payment plan will be canceled and access to the online portion of the training will be removed.

Completion Requirements
Submission and completion of all lessons, and assignments, final teaching exam, including the SEVA Teaching Practicum Project will be required to receive a certificate of completion from the 200-Hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training with Sandy Raper Yoga.
